New Vehicle in the Fleet
To increase our delivery performance we have invested again in our fleet of vehicles. This helps us maintain realistic deadlines as we know how important on time delivery is to your business.
Following the government’s recent announcement of a further lockdown I would like to reach out to all the customers of Laser Process. I would like to reassure you that Laser Process Fabrication Ltd will remain open as usual and will continue to fulfil all orders without compromise.
To protect the business, we have taken steps to work safely socially distant and where applicable our staff are working from home. This will not affect the customer level of customer service you are used to receiving.
For continuity of supply we have been in contact with our suppliers and we have also been reassured that materials will still be readily available without delay.
Our online quoting portal is available 24/7 as always.
May I also take this opportunity to thank all our valued customers for the custom you have given us during this difficult period. We would not be here without you.

Made Medical in conjunction with Laser Process continue to support the local community
Pictured; Stephen Grosvenor of Laser Process Ltd with Jodie of ChaseView Care home, Stephen is seen delivering 100 PPE visors to help in the fight to prevent a 2nd wave of the Covid -19 Virus.
Whilst lockdown has been eased and society is looking to go back to normal, the risk of COVID-19 is still very prominent. Find out what the Made Medical campaign has done so far and what will happen next. The Made Medical campaign was started to protect frontline workers with vital PPE. To ensure the Made in Group helped as many frontline workers as possible, the group bid to raise funds to purchase PPE manufactured in the UK to then give to those who need it most.
During April and May 2020, the group has provided over 20 healthcare organisations with face visors, including care homes, hospices and funeral directors. Thanks to members of the Made in Group, these face visors were distributed in both the Midlands and Yorkshire region.
Laser Process Awarded ISO14001-15 & ISO9001-15

This sets out a quality standard which we apply to all areas of the business. ISO is the most widley recognised quality management standard and it enables us to meet and surpass our customers needs.
The new certification compliments a range of existing certification including RISQS and BS1090.
Laser Process Ltd as Part of the Supply Chain For The Ventilator Challenge UK Consortium
Laser Process has been working hard to help answer the government’s call for additional ventilators in response to the Covid-19 crisis the contribution is a joint effort from across the manufacturing sector of UK industry. Joining as part of the team of component manufacturers for ventilators, which are based upon on existing technologies.
Laser Process staff worked extended shifts over the Easter Bank Holiday producing parts that are urgently required to fulfil the expected gap in ventilator numbers experts believe the NHS will need at least 30,000 of the devices when the outbreak is at its height.
Laser Process are also involved in further projects including emergency racking destined for temporary hospitals & other temporary facilities set up across the UK & again staff were in & working during the Bank Holiday in a rush to get parts to other manufacturers & on to the NHS as soon as we can.

Green and Gold day
Laser Process raised funds for the Australian Bushfire Emergency by having a 'Green and Gold' day. In total we raised £400 which will help provide firefighters with essentials like water, sunscreen and burn protection. Over 500 million animals have died in the flames, at least 27 people have lost their life and 16 million acres of land including 2000 homes have been destroyed. Amongst the numerous charities doing a great job in raising funds, we chose the Penny Appeal as 100% given will go to those in need.
This year, Laser Process is taking part in Movember. Movember is an annual fundraiser that starts at the beginning of November and continues through until the end of the month, which involves growing a moustache for the whole month. This fundraiser is to raise awareness of health issues that men suffer with, such as prostate cancer and men’s suicide. The idea being, ‘changing the face of men’s health.’ This year, it has been decided that it is our turn to take part in this.
We have just taken delivery of 2 new FLT's from our suppliers Toyota Lift Trucks.
